Cleanup / Catch-Up Bookkeeping
Books are messy or they are months behind. We fix them for you, usually within 2–4 weeks.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Categorized, reconciled, closed by the 10th. With a report that explains what actually happened that month.
Fractional Controller
Managing your entire finance operation—bills paid, invoices chased, and fixing whatever systems the last person left behind. Strategic support for when you're raising, planning a hire, or want someone to think about the numbers with you.
That is exactly what I was looking for so we could go over it and make decisions.
— Owner, Financial Services Firm

Common Questions

What we usually cover on the discovery call.

My books are a complete disaster right now. Is that a problem? +
Not at all. Almost every client starts with a cleanup phase. I have seen it all—mixed personal and business expenses, broken integrations, and months of un-reconciled accounts. There is no judgment. We get it cleaned up, establish a baseline, and move forward.
Do you file my annual taxes? +
I do not file annual tax returns, but I prepare your books so they are 100% tax-ready. When tax season comes, I package everything up and work directly with your CPA so you don't have to play middleman. (If you don't have a CPA, I can introduce you to a good one.)
Do you charge by the hour? +
No. I charge a flat monthly fee based on your transaction volume, complexity, and the level of support you need. You will never get a surprise bill because a reconciliation took longer than expected.
You're based in Istanbul. How does communication work? +
The timezone difference is actually your biggest advantage. I process your data and do the heavy lifting while the US sleeps, so you wake up to clean numbers. For communication, I am highly responsive on email during US working hours, and we jump on calls whenever needed.
How painful is it to switch to you from my current bookkeeper? +
Completely painless. Once we agree to work together, you just grant me accountant access to your QuickBooks/Xero and view-only access to your bank and merchant accounts. I handle the entire takeover, system audit, and cleanup from there. You don't have to lift a finger.
I need more than just bookkeeping. Can you handle my bills and invoices? +
Yes. That is exactly what the Fractional Controller tier is for. While bookkeeping is about recording the past, finance operations is about running the present. I can step in to manage your AP/AR, pay vendors on time, chase down overdue invoices, run payroll, and clear out the day-to-day finance tasks currently sitting in your inbox.
