What's included monthly

We take over your day-to-day accounting so you never have to guess where your money is going.

Transaction Management
Every expense, deposit, and transfer categorized correctly, day in and day out.
Month-End Close
Bank and credit card reconciliations, plus proper handling of accruals, depreciation, and amortization.
The Monthly Report
Delivered by the 10th. You get your P&L, OpEx, top vendors, cash trends, and most importantly, a short written summary of what actually moved and why.

How it works

The Setup
You simply grant us view-only access to your bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors like Stripe. We pull the statements and data ourselves so you do not have to lift a finger or forward another email.
The Background Work
We manage the daily and weekly categorizations behind the scenes. If there is an unknown vendor, we flag it in a quick, consolidated monthly ping without any annoying daily emails.
The 10th of the Month
Your books are closed. You receive your monthly reporting package and written summary, giving you total clarity for the month ahead.

Here's what lands in your inbox on the 10th.
